HOA DUES 2026

At the official Annual Meeting of Nottingham Gate Homeowners' Association on March 30, 2026, the membership voted to hold the annual dues to $525 for each member for 2026. Revenues raised will be used to cover typical neighborhood common area expenses such as the cost of maintaining the pool, lawn service, utilities and insurance.

Dues received after August 31st will be levied a one-time Late Fee of $50 raising late-paid dues to $575.

The annual dues can be paid in two parts: $262.50 by July 31st and $262.50 by Aug 31st. If possible,paying with a single check for 525.00 reduces the amount of administration.

Please make your checks payable to “NGHOA”. The address below is the same as last year.

Please note this is the official mailing address for NGHOA, we prefer you mail your checks to the Suite address above instead of dropping it off at a Board member’s home.

Payment of HOA dues is mandatory and collection is governed by Georgia’s State Law.
Venmo will not be used as a form of payment this year.
We can also accept payment with Zelle. (acct 770-312-8143 or Scan QR Code below). NOTE: When you scan QR code, you will be asked to find YOUR bank. Once you click your bank, it will open your bank’s app on your phone if it allows Zelle payments. Then your app will confirm that “Nottingham Gate Homeowner Association” uses the code.
