2026 Annual HOA Meeting

Our Annual HOA Meeting is scheduled for March 30, 2026, just over 60 days from now.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE STATUS

As a reminder, the Nominating Committee is responsible for seeking, accepting and overseeing nominations from Nottingham Gate HOA homeowners in good standing (dues paid and current) who wish to run for a vacant Board position, and ensuring that at least one (1) candidate exists for each vacancy. We also ask that they tabulate and validate votes at the Annual Meeting. 

Nominations for Board vacancies shall also be permitted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. All candidates shall have a reasonable opportunity to communicate their qualifications to the Members and to solicit votes.

In accordance with our bylaws (1989, Article III, Section 3), a Nominating Committee must be formed by the Board at least 30 days prior to the Annual Meeting, consisting of a Chairman, who shall be a member of the Board, and at least two Members of the Association. While not required, the Board has agreed that the Board representative (Chair) not be an official up for re-election.

We are pleased to share that we are well ahead of schedule, as Board member Reid Greven will serve as Chair, andLarry Williams and Keith Weltonhave once again volunteered to serve as the Members of the Association. We sincerely thank Larry and Keith for their continued time and service to the community.

NGHOA BOARD VACANCIES

There are four (4) vacancies on the Board of Directors in 2026 up for election at our Annual Meeting, as the following individuals will have completed their elected 2-year term: 

Danny McIntosh (President); Ryan Beesley (Vice-President), Charles Conley (Treasurer), Jill Gapper (Secretary).

In order to ensure that “All candidates shall have a reasonable opportunity to communicate their qualifications to the Members and to solicit votes,” the Board has created a reasonable 4-week window for solicitation / submission of candidates, and a similar window for Members to review candidates.

A 4-week submission window is now open. Any homeowner interested in running for the Board - including current incumbents - should email the following to nottinghamgate@gmail.com no later than Friday, February 27, 2026:

• A photo and brief bio

• A few bullet points outlining your beliefs and goals for the community

Candidate information will be distributed via email and placed in homeowners’ mailboxes by March 1, 2026, allowing approximately 4-weeks for review prior to the Annual Meeting.

Again, as outlined in our bylaws, any homeowner in good standing may also nominate themselves for a Board vacancy at the Annual Meeting prior to the vote.
