Annual HOA Meeting

Please bring your own lawn chair to socially distance.
We will also have Zoom available for those that would rather virtually attend the meeting. A link will be sent on the 28th. Please download the Zoom app prior to the meeting if this is your plan.
* ALL ADULT PROPERTY OWNERS ARE WELCOME, BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE VOTE PER PROPERTY. MUST BE CURRENT ON ANNUAL DUES. VOTING BY PROXY IS ALLOWED.
*MANY ISSUES WILL BE DISCUSSED AND VOTED ON, PLEASE GET INVOLVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR COMMUNITY.

Common Area Clean-Up
Meet down at the common area at 8am to lend a hand in our yearly spruce up of the communal spaces. Bring wheel barrows, shovels, rakes, gloves, blowers etc.
Many hands make light work so please join us in keeping our neighborhood beautiful!
